1. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is received in a damaged condition from our side, OR
The customer is not satisfied with the product quality (must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition).

A clear, continuous unboxing video from the sealed state is required for all return/refund claims.
Return Requirements:
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns/refunds will not be accepted if:
The product is damaged by the customer.
The unboxing video is not provided.
The product is used, altered, or missing original packaging/tags.
The return request is raised after the 12-hour window.
4. Return/Refund Request Process

Refund Modes:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer provided by the customer.
Replacements: Shipped only after verification of the returned product.
